Do I need to register the tenancy with a deposit scheme?

What if I want the property back at the end of the lease?
That’s no problem. Once the lease term ends, you can choose to renew, sell, or take back control. It’s entirely up to you.
Will I be affected by the new no-fault eviction ban?
